Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities and partnering with hiring leaders to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across the organization. This role serves as a trusted recruiting partner to business leaders, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, market trends, candidate selection, and the overall hiring process.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and developing creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will play an important role in strengthening talent pipelines, improving the candidate experience, and supporting the organization's overall workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for professional, technical, and other specialized positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, social media, direct sourcing, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess qualifications, experience, skills, and organizational fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong engagement with top talent.
• Extend offers and partner with hiring managers and HR leadership on compensation considerations and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity within the organization's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Clear Co.

Hiring Manager Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct effective intake meetings to establish recruiting priorities, timelines, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
• Provide hiring managers with insight into talent market conditions, candidate availability, compensation expectations, and competitive trends.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate assessment, selection, and best practices.
• Establish clear expectations and recruiting timelines and proactively communicate progress and challenges.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and become a knowledgeable partner on their teams and talent needs.

Talent Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Maintain relationships with prospective candidates, including individuals who may not be immediately ready to make a career move.
• Develop talent pools through networking, professional associations, industry events, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Research and utilize emerging recruiting technologies and sourcing techniques to expand candidate reach.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

• Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Represent the organization and its culture positively in interactions with candidates and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and recruiting process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, with the ability to learn and understand different business areas quickly.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
• Experience with employment practices and recruiting compliance requirements.
• Talent Acquisition or HR certification is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
